Residential Plan One Time Setup Fee is $99.95 and includes your first month of service. There is no service term agreement required for the Residential Plan. **Residential 12 One Time Setup Fee is $12. The Residential Plan 12 requires a 12 month service agreement and first month pre-payment. A $100 cancellation fee applies if Residential 12 service is canceled before the 12 month service agreement is fulfilled. All prices exclude tax and industry fees. 

*No more than one $25 Referral Program Credit will be issued per billing cycle, credit will be applied after new Customer has been on service for 90 days.  If you refer more than one new customer, additional $25 credits will be applied to your subsequent phone bills. Both you and your newly referred Customer must be current on your IamVoip phone bill(s) to receive the credit
